How do I place items in my shopping
cart?
After you select an item, scroll to the bottom of the page and make any
applicable requests in the selection boxes. Depending upon the product,
you may select from options such as size, colour, and quantity. Make your
selections and click the "ADD TO CART" button. On the shopping cart page
you will see the item listed along with the particulars (size, colour, quantity,
etc.). Items will not be shipped unless all particulars have been completed.

How do I change the items in my
shopping cart?
OOnce inside the shopping cart, you can add additional items by clicking
on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button. You can also remove items from the shopping
cart by clicking the "REMOVE" icon (red circle with an X), and then clicking
on the "UPDATE CART" button.

How do I buy items?
Once you have selected all the items you need in the shopping cart, click
on the "CONTINUE" button. This will take you to the next step where you
enter the information regarding where you would like the items shipped to.
Once entered, click "CONTINUE" to proceed to the payment option screen.
Once you have entered your payment information your order will be completed
and you will be able to print off a receipt. Please keep this as a reference
and verification of your order.

Can I change this information?
Yes, from the "REVIEW AND PAYMENT" screen you will be able to alter any information in your order.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once you have successfully completed your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

How do I track my order?
Included in each confirmation email is a Canada Post delivery confirmation
number. While it does not provide real-time tracking of packages, this number
can be inputted at canadapost.ca for information regarding your delivery.
